air cleaner clearence?

can anyone tell me which (if any) air cleaner will fit under the hood.68 chgr. 440/edlebrock performer rpm(7193)intake/edelbrock 1407 carb. have not yet set the hood on yet,but doesnt look good.had the 440 dyno'ed with the said carb and intake and dont want to butch a hole in the hood. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm goona say no, wouldn't on my GTX without a drop base air cleaner

I know a factory 6 pack will fit and those are tall, but the air cleaner sits low on those. Looks like you're headed for a drop base to me.

I have the same setup on my 67 gtx...I used a specter 2 inch drop base with a K&N 2 inch filter with k&N top...You should be able to do the same...Got all my parts from summit..
