Dual round snorkels say 383 4-barrel to me. Large opening in base is meant for AVS or Holley, so 1968 and 1969. I think 1970 air cleaners went to rectangular snorkels, and a flatter completely different looking design. The air cleaner lid looks to have the taller top that will not accept a pie pan. It is likely C-body. The equivalent air cleaner on a low performance 350 hp. 440 would have dual oval snorkels , like the Magnum piece, but would have the taller centre that does not accept a pie pan. It is weird that Chrysler made so many different air cleaners through the '60's.
