Air cleaner question....

I picked up a dual snorkel recently at a swap meet. After cleaning it up I noticed the throat is not level with the base of the air cleaner. The "slope" is not going from front to rear it almost looks bent. Is it supposed to be like this?

Yep, it's bent. I just took a quick look at mine.

Nope, it's bent. But with the correct technique and a press you can make it right.
