Alignment question

Would a new front end alignment be needed if someone put aluminum heads & intake on ??

Yes you will loose some weight but not enough to worry. You'll be fine.

Not enough to worry about. Plus if you were to be that critical you could measure before and after ride heights and adjust the torsion bars.

How long has it been since it aligned last ? How many miles since then? It might be time anyway,they are only as good as the last alignment, the condition of the front suspension parts and how it has been driven since the last time.
