Hello. I was trying to fix a bad ground on the back of my alternator the other day and the screw that holds all the wires broke in half. Is there a salvageable repair without buying an entirely new alternator? I still have the piece of bolt.
Thanks for your help.

Hard to say without pictures, but I'd guess an "easy out" might do the trick.

Sure it can be repaired. The difficult part might depend on what tools and patience you have?
