Anyone know Torque specs on MOPAR Performance aluminum valve covers?

Slowly work on the inner 4 first and then move to the outer two..little by little all of them.

Or, SNAP!

Are these cast aluminum or stamped aluminum?

On the stamped you must be very careful of ovetightening that will warp the covers. Cast are very rigid and won’t be a problem.

I’m honestly not sure if they’re cast or stamped I bought them at the Indy fairgrounds MOPAR swap meet. Is the clearance going to be OK?

Those are CAST. As others have said, tighten slowly and evenly. If the flanges on both head and cover are FLAT and clean, it won't take much to seal them. I like to build a base of Blue Loc-tite on the bolts, and in some cases use studs and serrated nuts.

I’m using these gaskets they have a metal middle and reusable. Just not a lot of clearance on passenger side.
