Good ole AMD. Fitting new doors to the 68 today and after a few hours getting them to fit the opening correctly (before I cut quarters off) I find in typical AMD fashion the structures were cut wrong and are 3/8" too long in back and 3/8" too short in front. With a 1/4" door gap in back the door latch actually ends up just in front of the striker ( you could have a zero gap and the latch would not be able to catch)

. Not good for parts that cost pretty close to $1000CDN each. No time to wait 5 or 6 weeks for new ones that might not be any good either so I'll just cut the skins off and weld them to the original door structures which only require a bit of work on the inside.

I've had trouble with every part i've bought from them. Rear window lower left corner opening, quarter panel, and 2 rear bumpers.

The Only parts that fit right are factory parts. Thats why its not easy to restore our cars. If it was easy everybody would do it
