I think the op is looking for the white plastic/nylon pieces that are molded into the metal. They are not reproduced as far as I know.

I guess one could whittle up something from Teflon or nylon and use construction glue to affix it to the door.

Take some modeling clay and make a mould. Mix up some Permatex plastic mender and fill said mould, then stick it over the hole. Add a dab behind and let it cure. Peel mould.
