Any members have left knee replacement and still driving 4 Speed?

If you don't go for big horsepower, you would really like the Centerforce Dual Friction. Holds real well and very light pedal --probably lighter than stock. My left knee will need to be replaced sometime, and I can clutch just fine. I get my right knee replaced in January. Thanks all for the thereapy advice.....................MO
Thanks for your insight. My other car was a 69 Charger SE 383 I had owned for 27 years but was console automatic and really wanted to do 4 speed. I have some hope. Thanks.

Best reply yet!!
Pre and Post op exercises are a must.. I had to use a torture devise due crap knee surgeries prior to replacement.
I had to use a home device like this for a month, PAIN!!!

Knee replacements are a piece of cake. After getting a correctly done one....you'll wish it had been done decades earlier. If ya act like a pussy...it won't work well for ya. Just "man-up", do your PT, and get off any pain-killers, ASAP. Some guys need testosterone therapy, more. I had both mine done in 2014, 6 months apart. They wouldn't let me do both at once, due to some circulation issue in my right leg.

Appreciate input. I feel I'm pretty tough like a Dana 60. So I'll man up and get off pain killers when possible and do exercises.

Wow, your situation gives me some hope! Glad your doing better and thanks for feedback.

Get it fixed. I had 6 scopes[3 each knee] and a knee infection[worst pain I've ever endured], before the replacements. Enduring all the pain was stupid.

not sure best place for this post. Just found out I need a total left knee replacement and had been looking at purchasing a 4 speed project prior to do.

My question is: I'm checking for feedback if any members have had this procedure Done since this is clutch leg, healed and continue to drive the 4 speed ride without problems? Thanks all for feedback.

The gentleman I purchased "Abby" (1969 SC/Rambler) could not push the clutch in anymore because his left knee was all worn out!
