Any Swedes Here?

Are you old enough to have gone through the change? What was it like for you?

I'm not a Swede but I have an '06 Volvo XC90 that I love... The best chain saw I've ever owned is a Jonsered (which I still have)... I have two Hagstrom guitars (an old classical which was actually made in Sweden and a newer electric "Select Super Swede" which was not made in Sweden but is still the same company).

I didn't do any of this on purpose, it just happened. I was looking for quality products and these were what I ended up purchasing.

I have a nice Dolmar chain saw too (made in Germany).

When I was stationed in Germany, I kinda fell in love with most of Europe! I'd love to go back sometime.

It's strange, I have lots of stuff made in Europe but have never owned a Swiss Army knife!

I feel as bad for Sweden as a good Norwegian can. I love the people and think they make quality stuff. The problems they’re going to have/already have from inviting all those middle eastern immigrants there are huge. Look at France - and you get the idea.

I was ten years old so I have good memories from it, it started years before and as a kid we got stickers with a H, the summer 67 we went home from friends and my dad gave it a try and driven on the "right" side and my mom went nuts.
