Anybody install 71 rear bumper tape treatment?

Just wondering if there is any excess/extra decal material, would one trim the decal or fold it over on the bumper or rear valance? I don't want it to start peeling off. Thank you.

They can be a bit of a pain. Trim the paper as close to the decal as you can. Don't try to wrap it around the sharp curves until you let it sit over night and remove the paper. Then make the wraps.

Just installed a set from Phoenix Graphixs. Did not have any issues or excess that needed to be trimmed. no material was wrapped around to the backside of the bumper or rear valance
