Anybody out there used Bill Rolik enterprises

My items were a little delayed from Bill Rolik. Had to E-mail him to find out when my items were going to be shipped. All in all it was a pretty good experiance. I agree if it is going to be delayed please notify the customer as such. Sorry to hear about your family situation and hope everything gets better. Hoping to business again with you in the near future. You do have some quality items.

Never hurts to let folks know.. Actually it would build on success of what you do. Folks usually remember there first deal with someone..Rest is history, one way or the other. Ron
 
The gentleman did respond, and offer a mia culpa. He did not deflect, or blame others. I have not dealt with him, but he seems contrite in his apologies. I hope that he can get his focus back on business, and continue serving folks, like he has for a long time prior to this. Big kudos to you Mr. Bill for NOT lashing back. Just saying that things are tough for you, sorry. But I hope that everyone gets what is promised or owed.
 
Having been on both ends of the customer service counter, I can say that communication is key. I have had dealings with companies that have been outstanding to work with and there has been times when there were delays. Because I liked dealing with these people, and they told me up front it would be a delay, I waited it out. I treat the people I deal with the same way. It's all about respect. If you don't respect the people putting food on your table enough to give them a quick heads up, you're gonna be losing weight.
 
Oh, and Bill, I wasn't directing my post towards you. I actually have heard more good about you than not. I was just stating my experiences in general. Best wishes for your family.
