LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) - Lancaster police handcuffed a driver who was covered from head to toe in wet paint after he crashed a pickup truck into several parked vehicles Tuesday morning.

It was funny watching them trying to subdue him, being covered with paint. Several vehicles didn't fair too well after the Dukes of Hazard jump. Luckily no one was hurt!
