Looks great! How do you think the roof will fair out through the winter?

We are are planning to build a version of one near our pool. It will be attached to the pool equipment shed that doubles as a solar heating station and cabana. Pics next summer hopefully!

They say that the grass roof will normally last between 5-7 years. I plan on covering it with a plastic tarp in winter though, so maybe longer for me?
