Thanks for the source tip. Looking for something that is close to factory in look if possible. Will check out the restorationradiator guys.

This link might be helpful, especially illustration from the factory service manual. Important to have return line higher than cooler to prevent draining. Glen-ray are the guys to talk to, first class customer service and very helpful on the phone. I believe their coolers are identical to factory, not sure though...
