B-body disc swap, Córdoba to road runner??

Talk to THE Ramman.inc . His ad is on the side bar. See his You Tube videos. He helped me and my swap over was pretty painless. I had to change out my lines due to them being 55 years old and frozen at the block. I used In-Tube with good results. My only hic-up was my 62 has max wedge cast exhaust manifolds and the master cylinder would hit the manifold. The ram man came up with a offset booster for A-Body with hemi engines and it works great.
It may have cost a little more but everything needed was in his boxes. No running around matching stuff.

Ahhh, i see it now, you have to choose and add on those extras.

I've currently got manual brakes, but i think if i did this i'd upgrade to power. Any thought on that ?

I kept manual as I can't get more than 11.5 inches of vacuum and decided I did npt want to go with hydroboost, etc.

I used the 15/16 bore master per Dr Diff recommendations. LOOOONG pedal travel, but she stops GREAT.

Good to know. I need to get this pile running right so i can measure the vacuum too. I know it's got a cam, just don't know how much of a cam its got. ;)

Anything you could do for less pedal travel ?

According to Dr Diff, the larger bore master cylinder provides a 'firmer' pedal with less travel, but more effort to get the same front pressure at the calipers. The first time you drive with the 15/16 you think 'spongy pedal', but then you notice that even without power assist the 'effort' to stop is lighter.

Start a email dialog with Dr Diff and let him recommend what is best for your car.
