Battery ground connection on intake?

69 Bee 383 battery ground connection at intake bolt, cable under return spring bracket and bolt with lock washer? star lock washer? or flat washer or no washer under bolt? Thank you!

The factory installed the negative cable under the return bracket prior to paint. Thats was to ensure a good ground and a portion of the cable got sprayed during painting. Same goes for the ground strap...

The only washer is with the "TR" stamped head intake bolts..
