I am needing to replace the oil pump pickup tube in my new 383 that I am building for my 65 coronet wagon. The question that I have is were can I get one for the early b-body pan? I am not haveing good luck with finding a new one. I was going to use the one that was in the engine when i got it, as it had a 68-up 402 stamped b-body pan on it, but it will not work in my original 65 BB 361 pan. I would remove the one from the old 361 , but I can't get the stupid thing out plus its bent, or got bent while trying to remove it...... Any suggestions or advice would be great!
Thanks, Matt

I have a 65 Coronet with a 440 in it. Milodon has an early B body pan so maybe they have a pick up also. It clears the K-member and steering linkage also. You could also try Mancini Racing.

I know you didn't ask for build tips but I would get the Milodon 62-65 pan(7qrt) and their 3/8" pick up(1/2" for crazy HP use). The pan looks cool hanging down also.

I hope this helps.
