Being Enticed to Wear a Mask

I wear a cotton 3 layer mask while I mall walk three miles in 45 minutes. Prefer maskless outside walking, but sometimes it’s just too cold outside.

Daily fast walking keeps my bloodwork numbers in check. Just passed 11 years cancer free.
It takes some discipline to fast walk with a mask. I believe it makes my lung function stronger.

Hats off to you! I'd like to get to the time when I can't remember exactly what year I had it!
One more piece of advice to all reading this, if I may: Avoid sugar in food, especially corn syrup. It acts like fertilizer for those cancer cells that are floating around your body.

My wife and I too have been "cancer free" for about 10 years when her dopy brother and his worthless wife (who are nothing but a cancer on her side of the family) moved out to Arizona and then to Florida. If they never return to Massachusetts, it'll be too soon.

Thank you sir and you as well, luckily I don't remember any of it. Damn it sugar, my one weakness
