Hello again,

will stock 1963 Chrysler 413 piston rods fit into a later year 440 block without any problems?

Yes, they are actually the same part, most likely LY rods....invented long before the 440 was created.
 
They should interchange...

Those 413 cranks have the large wings on them, not sure if that effects the balance of them.
 
You should be able to use a 413 crank and rods in a 440, assuming it's not a real old 413 crank from the cast iron torqueflite days (different longer rear flange).
You WILL have to rebalance the assembly . Piston and rod weights being close enough not-to is highly unlikely.
You might want to mag the crank for cracks before you spend money on it grinding, polishing, and balancing.
