blower motor runs with key in AC position

is this normal? 72 satellite. never noticed it before, but was messing with my 8 track player the other day and turned the key backwards to AC position and the blower motor came on ?? wiring has not been cut.. am i missing something

On my 71, key turned to accessory position and vent/ac switch on, my blower fan comes on. (If that's what you're asking)
