In high school we built the cars out of wood in shop class and drag raced them in the hallway after hours, tied the strings to cement blocks and had a car battery light them at the same time, our shop teacher was cool as hell!
A shout out to Mr. Greg Dix, my shop teacher, he even took a few of us hunting a couple of times.
