First off, I'd like to say Thank You all for sharing your knowledge and experiences. It has been a great help to this nonprofessional weekend warrior! I received my wheels/tires yesterday and thought I would share. A couple of notes as it relates to the car's stance: 1. I have different wheels/tires on the right side. 2. I need to loosen my leaf spring shackles to get rid of any bind. 3. I have no preload in the torsion bars.

Btw, what brand is your lift? Any issues with it? Would you buy it again?

I've been looking for a lift for a while and really wanted a 1 poster cuz I don't have a lot of room in my garage. Thanks!

The lift is by Ideal and it is an absolute life and time saver!! No issues, knocking on wood, but I do put two screw jack stands under the opposite corners. IMO, for safety and the car moving around while you are wrenching the stands make it rock solid. I'm 6'-2" and can walk under the car without knocking my head. The underside photo shows the screw jack stand at the LR of the car. I bought them at HF.

They look so subtle, but yet original! I am considering powder coating all of the chrome on the '69 to a matte black finish. I'll probably PC the shiny on these wheels also. I'm not much of a shiny person, so matte black in lieu of chrome and limo tint on the windows. Trying to go "Angry Rhino" theme ;)

I went with 18 spokes on my Charger for street driving as well. I went with Shelby GT500 as the offsets works and inexpensive. 285 35 ZR 18 rear. 255 45 ZR18 fronts. Both wrapped in Bridgstone Potenza Sport

That is it. Chain driven. I have 12' ceiling height. I haven't checked how tall the mast is once topped out.
