Useful for certain in extracting defective fasteners, but why would you want to tighten one? May have some appeal but seems to me like a solution looking for a problem.
Nice tool ideas, but their marketing reason for their design makes me ask; If you need a tool to remove and re-install the stripped fastener because you are in the middle of nowhere, where would the potential replacement parts come from then? As far as the second tool for a socket head bolt, I just hammer a Torx socket in to remove it. Works great on 6mm pipe plugs in Subaru and Toyota heads.
