I'm in the process of converting my Power Brake 1964 Dodge Polara, to manual brakes. Is there a return spring attached to the brake pedal?

Just the one on the back of the mastercylinder.

Good question. I don't know if the plates are different. I don't recall anyone looking for one or the other so they might be the same?
I saw a post once on plates for different applications and I'm pretty sure the hole positions for power V manual are different.

Was your car always manual brakes KK?

EDIT - I see in your pic, the brake pedal has 2 holes - top for manual and lower for power... I seem to be answering my own question..
