Budget 360 Stroker

I was wondering what is the best budget 360 stroker kit on the market, looking to obtain around 450+ rwhp.

Not sure about a 360 kit .but you could probably build a nasty 340 magnum for not to much that will get about 450 rwhp my little 340 was dinoed at 458 to the wheels and unless Imissed something doesn't have to much done to it get a early 72 or older setup (forged crank)and get a set of h.p. x 1970 heads (2.02 valve) I can get you a brake down of my motor parts I have the receipts and builders note s .let me know

X2 thats insane power out of a stock style headed non magnum headed pump gas motor at 340 inches.
