Error on the PDF.

I'll take stab at a the ones I know.

Sequence - number represents the order of production, associated computer number more than likely. This ties your VIN to the car. Sequence should be on the rad support and trunk lip and fender tag. This then matches your built sheet with VIN.
Shipping order - just that, order number. No value.
515 - means there is a light in the ash tray.

The error was probably due to me deleting the PDF.

Items like 67 (front shock), 93 (rear shock), 66 (vacuum fitting) and 01 (radiator inlet hose) - those are the last 2 digits of the respective part numbers.

It takes detective work and a copy of the 68 parts for Dodge and you can figure it out. As stated above the last two numbers of the part number are in the buildsheet.

POWER BRAKE VACUUM HOSE FITTING

Awesome! Thanks for helping me out! I'm still plugging away at it as well. So if I look at the parts manual this is what they're talking about?

Awesome. What's stumping me is how do you know what the codes are if all you have it the last digit of the part #?

The last digit (or 2) of the part number is the build sheet code. The build sheet came before the car and was like a 'blueprint' for the guys on the assembly line. They would have it in-hand so-to-speak so that they would know which parts to pull and install on the car as it rolled through the assembly line. For example: when they saw "5" in the "sway bar" box on the sheet, they would know to grab p/n 2462885 sway bar to install on your particular car. Having a parts book like BB14404SPD is using is the way to find out which part should be on your car when compared to the respective numbers on the build sheet as there may have been other sway bar (or brake, shocks, springs. etc...) part numbers. Maybe you already know this so I don't know if I'm helping or confusing you! All I know is you are on the right track and there are several awesome members here who have been helping out a lot! You are extremely lucky to have found the build sheet, especially in such great condition. Good luck - I hope to see your car someday at a CT show...

Thanks! I downloaded the 68 "D" Series Parts Catalog along time ago but also know that they guys on the line just knew what to grab as they did this for a living day in & out. I'm re-installing a scanned copy of my build sheet tomorrow afternoon into the same spot where I found it. I'll also be putting the 1970 Penny as well. I heard that people do this for good luck.

Everyone here is awesome & extremely helpful!
