Maybe that's the sign of a "good" neighborhood, assuming the good guys have the weapons.
There is no heavy equipment on or near my property this time of yearNo bullet hole , at that angle , would be a recognizable exit wound, sharp blade on some piece of heavy equipment!
The bullet hole is not my car and the arrow was done when I was 18 at a party in the boon docks. The neighborhood I live in we don't shoot guns, we hire people to do that for us and they don't miss!!You need to move to a better neighborhood.

If that was indeed a bullet...then the shooter did the owner a favour.
That large piece of underseal material that lifted off obviously was loose, and potentially a cause of rust. I know how hard it is to get that stuff off....and that piece was just a loose chunk waiting to cause problems.
