Was there a police report made, this happened to a package I shipped. The guy did not report it to the police, but hurried and reported it stolen from his front porch to FedEx. FedEx reimburse him and now claims he did not receive the refund either. Nothing was never report to the police or post office.

No he just went after me to pay-pal he said he never received it. I went after the post office. The post master general him self contacted me. He told me that even insurance will only cover damage once it is delivered and as long as I didn't request a signature upon delivery the post office was not responsible. Long story short this was a 1300.00 lesson. This is why I don't do ebay or pay-pal. Yes I miss getting some good deals on parts. But I filed a claim and they wouldn't even hear me.
