California black license plates for 1963 and 1964 vehicles. Excellent used condition. They are unrestored original condition. DMV clear!
There is some slight turquoise rattle-can paint over-spray on them. I believe these plates were issued in 1964 and used only one year before the vehicle was parked, so they have not been in service since then. The plates have been in my possession since 1976. $300 shipped.
