I put a mid 70’s disc brakes set up on my 65 satellite, it was on a 65 coronet parts car I had. My right front caliper was hanging up a little, it went in very easy when I collapsed it. I figured I had bad hose so I changed both sides out, now both sides are hanging up worse and I can’t spin rotors by hand. My master cyl is a dual reservoir and I’ve bled them with someone pumping the brakes, and I’ve gravity bled them. Any ideas what may be going on?
 
Did you remove the check valve in the front MC outlet? If not a disc brake MC it probably has check valves in front and rear. I would also recommend rebuilding/resealing used calipers before using.

i didn’t remove the check valve that’s probably why the more I bled them the worse it got. My rear brakes are drum, so I should only remove the front check valve?

Is that a "stock" Mopar MC or a DC/Mopar Perf master cylinder?

I’m not sure it was on the car when I got it

You should retain the check valve for the drums......
 
I converted my 64 to manual disc/drum. To get workable parts for mine, did some checking, and if I remember right, one of the first manual disc/drum set-ups was on a 67 Dodge Coronet. That's what I went with.
There is a difference on MCs, between power and manual brakes, so get the right parts. That includes the distributor block, that the brake lines go to.
 
To solve your immediate problem, you can remove the residual pressure valve on the front brakes from under the brass fitting. Service manual shows this. Leave the one for the rear in place. Then test. That should solve your problem, and you now have a know condition and feel for the current set up. That way if you swap to a manual disc master cylinder you will have a good comparison, and also know you do not have some other issue.
