Cam removal 440 BB

So i can't pull my cam out!
I removed the oil pump gear and of course the lifters.
The cam will only move about a half an inch and stop.
What did I forget?

If distributor drive, fuel pump pushrod and lifters are all out it's just the lobes catching on the block journals. Thread a long bolt into the nose for leverage and move the ***-end of the cam around; it'll come out.
