Can’t believe it’s mine.

I’d love to, but from my minimal research seems like it’s not a simple task. Is there any conversion kits out there? Doesn’t have to be oem stuff, wouldn’t mind a kit where I can use aftermarket gauges.
Just remove the windshield and the Rallye dashboard is a direct bolt in. If you decide to go that route, you will need to order the dash wiring harness for a 1970 rallye dash.

Replacing the whole dash is just an expense that I’m not going to do right now.. I’m not reusing any factory wiring either, a universal harness is going in soon. Might consider building my own rally style cluster with aftermarket gauges
 
That's the beauty of a non numbers matching car,you have a blank canvas to go in any direction that you choose!
That’s my preference! Give me the base model, slant six car for cheap so I can build it how I want. IMO that’s real hot rodding lol. Now there are definitely cars that deserve to be restored period correct & as oem as possible, but I have no desire to own one of those.
