Can JB weld fix this

I doubt JB weld would hold up. After all, it's just a 2 part epoxy.

Yeah, but you've heard all the stories about what folks have used that stuff for. This would make for a perfect time to test the durability test of JB inside the motor instead of repairing cracks and stuff. I bet if it was a /6, it'd be a fine fix and run great as is!

I think JB Weld might void your warranty.

By now, I don't think it really matters.

How many thousandths deep is it. You may be able to just bore it out. Or try welding it up then boring it out. Several different ways to go depending on exactly how deep it is.
