Manual trans shifting with unlimited up shifts.

^And agree. Any sound that doesn't belong.

Ferrari 550 in bad boys for instance replaced with F355 sound.

In the movie, The Yellow Rolls Royce, it is about one car, yet they used more than three different cars. Other RR owners noticed this, not me.

I've driven on all sorts of packed dirt roads out here and while it isn't common to make noise on all of them, you can on some. Sure, the surface needs to be hard and almost smooth. It sounds different than a squeal on pavement. The smoother the pavement, the higher the pitch of the noise.
I get the reference though....The movies and TV shows that dub in the squealing sounds to emphasize action and speed often don't match reality.
Too many car stunts in movies and TV abandon physics in the name of making the action seem bigger than life.
The entire "Fast and Furious" stunt handbook is bullshit. There is never anything that they do that is possible or makes any sense. You can't drop a car from a helicopter, expect it to land on it's tires and drive it anywhere.
*Cars cannot pop a wheelie and smoke the tires at the same time.
* No engine glows red and continues running.
* No car guy uses "N O S S".
* NO street car has 3000 horsepower, nobody converts a Pontiac Fiero and flies into space.
* Cars don't fit underneath the trailers of a moving big rig. Shooting a gas tank in a car does not cause it to explode.
I can't watch a stupid, exaggerated movie from the Fast and Furious series without getting annoyed with it.
* You see other shows where guys hotwire cars with no regard for the locking steering.
* Nobody ever seems to run out of gas.
* V8 sounds in cars that are clearly 4 cylinder models.
* Gunshots through windows yet the occupants never get hit.
* 1970 and later cars in movies set in the mid 1960s.
* Scenes that were obviously filmed on a stationary set with the driver sawing the wheel back and forth on a straight road, as if they are driving a 300,000 mile Valiant with worn out steering components.

Yeah, all that may be so, BUT... a Delorean can go 88 MPH and travel back in time !

Close ups of radial tires on any scene set in the 1960s. Original owner of my GTX put radials on it in 1972, and that was the first Mopar I ever saw wearing them.
