Carb question

Can a Carter 9755S Competition series carb with a manual choke be converted over to electric choke?

Im sure that 9755S Carter carb is the same as a #1406 edelbrock.
Dont think they have a conversion kit for that particular model but id call and verify.

I called the tech line for Edelbrock and was given the number above. I got a note tonight form the guy I am getting the carb from and he told me that he had a parts only 600 cfm with a choke so he installed it on the 750 for me. Nice guy....!
