This is a Carter 3860SA AFB Carburetor for the Mopar 1965 426w,
and I believe they may have also been used on the 383HP Police
engines. It is missing the idle mixture screws, and some of the
choke and secondary linkage. It has been sitting on the shelf for
many years, so it will need a rebuild, and the missing parts
replaced. Numbers on the base are 3860SA D5. $65.00 Local pickup,
or buyer pays shipping.
