Centerlink rubbing on oil pan.

It should have a 459 pan. What pan does your's have?
 
Does the link appear uneven - lower/higher on left or right side? In my case I needed a new pitman but this was after installing a new steering box. Other issue might be related to idler, but good inspection of the linkage, bushings, etc, may indicate some wear causing canting of linkage. Yeah, worn mount could be an issue as well..
 
I've ran into replacement motor mounts that were not the right height. Still not sure where to get a good replacement mounts.
