Challenger or 'Cuda?

I've had quite a few of both, My favorite is the 70 Challenger, followed by the 71 Challenger then the 70 Cuda. Somehow the Challenger interior comes off as less cheap than the Cuda and without rocker gills the Cuda body is too slab sided and tall looking for my taste.

Two of the most gorgeous rides ever made.

I'd definitely go for the Challenger T/A in sublime green.

I always wanted a 1970/1971 nose heavy, short wheel base, high performance big block E body. Otherwise, a 340 3x2 from 1970 is more than acceptable!

73/74 318 "Cudas didn't have call outs.

Neither did 73/74 Rallye 318 Challengers.

Well, since this one is a '70, I'll say '70 versus '71... (just kiddin', either year suits me fine)

BUT I do prefer B5 blue (my '18 Challenger R/T)

We got our '09 Challenger new in '09 and have enjoy it still. In '18, we came across the '70 and my mechanics shop and it was for sale.
We bought it and enjoy it almost as much as the '09.

I had a 70 Challenger R/T, 383 Magnum, 4 speed. Vitamin-c paint, black R/T side stripes and hood. Burnt orange interior with the console. Looked just like this one. Man I miss that car.

Yep, I know, but his 71 should have but most of these cars were wrecked within the first 2 years, lot's of power and crappy brakes and tires, so it's not out of the ordinary to see little idiosyncrasies like that on thses cars back in the day.

I have my mom's old car. Did a 21st century resto on it.

I have owned 3 e-bodies: 71 Barracuda, slant 6 3-speed stick, 70 Challenger R/T, u-code 440 4bbl auto, and our current one, 70 Cuda u-code 440 4bbl auto. While it’s a very very close call, I like the 70 Challenger a nick better than a 70 Cuda. For 71, again a close call, I like the Cuda better.

Overall, the 70 Challenger is my favorite. But am very thankful for and happy with our current 70 Cuda!

I prefer a Challenger over a Cuda. However, I love them both. 70 Challenger, 71 Challenger, 70 Cuda, 71 Cuda, then the 72-74 Challengers and Barracudas in that order for me.
