Charger valance corner HELP!!

1969 Charger. I’m doing some fitting and tweaking of the rear metal. Where does the tab hanging from the corner go? Does it fold up and hang around for the ride? Or do I cut it off?
I wasn’t the guy who removed the old ones

My assumption is that would've been folded up. Now whether or not an employee took the time to do it is another story.

@Bighouse (Or anyone?!) Did you ever figure out what to do with that tab? I'm at the same point - fighting fitment of the corner as many do on my 69 Charger - and wondering where that tab goes. I don't see where it would fold up to...so it might get the cut-off wheel warmed up!

I have a '71 front valence I was working on but then I bought a new one. Old one is free but shipping might be a bitch.
