Chargers for sale by crack addicts

The '69 500 grille looked like someone was squeezing the car and its eyes were bugging out.

I think this 1968 Charger R/T may end up qualifying for this thread. Listed on BaT today and zoomed immediately to $68,000+. Looks good outside and underneath but when you start looking at the undercoated hood, undercoated trunk, pitted trim, poor dash, ratty seat belts, non-stock engine compartment (supposedly original engine but who can say), non-stock wiring, etc, not my cup of tea. No telling what this will end up at in 6 more days of bidding.

Sold for USD $88,440 on 1/7/26

Yep, hope he’s happy with it. Cant imagine how the undercoating could be stripped off the underside of the hood without damaging the paint on the top.

I was at a buddy's house the other day buying some parts from him. More than reasonably priced I must say when compared to what everyone else is asking for their junk these days.

As I am leaving, he kind of throws out that he would consider selling me his entire 69 Charger project car for $10,000. The car is just a base 318, column automatic, 8-1/4 car that is now a roller that needs absolutely everything. It is rough but very saveable. It's alot of money for alot of junk. Lol. However, I am seriously thinking about buying it....
