Kids today need some discipline in their lives. Parents today want to be friends with their kids, that's a big mistake! 440'
Doesn’t take much smarts to know how dangerous this is unless a kid is brain dead (ok there are those). Catch one of them and make an extreme example – five years in jail (no exceptions being a minor- when they reach 18 they transfer to adult incarceration to complete their time) or four years in the military…
Left hand threads would solve the problem.

They would NEVER figure it out.

Fellow has a flat tire on the road by a mental hospital.
But his spare is flat.
Goes to get flat fixed and on returning with the spare discovers that he has lost the lug nuts.
Stands there scratching his head.
Hospital patient looking out the window see all this and ask what is wrong.
Fellow says he lost the lost lug nuts.
Patient says to take one nut off of each wheel and use them.
Fellow says "Hey, that's smart. Why are you in the hospital?"
Patient says "I'm crazy, not stupid".
