That’s neato.
I never paid much attention to them. But at one time that was used just like a credit card for identification for warranty repairs. Looks like the VIN is on it and the rest must be codes for the internal warranty data.

I don't think that CertiCard is original to your Coronet. It should start out with W = Coronet. L = Dart. The original CertiCard that is with my '67 Coronet also has original dealer and buyer information on it. Yours looks like an uncirculated one that could have found its way to a swap meet or something.

Easy to compare the VIN on the card to the VIN on the dash.

I always thought they were pretty cool. The ones in my 67's also have the original owner's name, address and date of purchase added with a label maker.
My Satellite was an ordered car with an SPD of 1/23/67 and a purchase date of 1/25/67. Engine block was cast 12/22/66 and assembled 1/5/67. Pretty tight production schedule. Being built and sold in St. Louis also means it didn't have to go far for delivery.
