I'm debating on replacing the dash harness on my 70 GTX. Classic has one in stock at a decent discount this weekend and they are backordered at Year One.

Any idea who makes the OER branded part at Classic? The reviews are good. Supposedly the YO harnesses are M&H. Evans does not list a dash harness.

try ebay, I found one there, for my Cuda after waiting on a back order for a few months. It was a M+H harness

If it's dash harness. Its from MH
As a follow up, the Classic Industries harness is the OER brand. I had to call OER to get the info on the harness, which is made overseas.

It doesn't look too bad, but as one reviewer noted, the fuse holder metal is not as thick/strong as the original, the rivets holding the terminals to the fuse holder is not near as robust as the originals, so the terminals are loose at that connection point.

There are some vendors online that sell the fuse box terminal kits which look as good as the originals for $40 plus shipping. If I keep this harness, I'll either replace the terminals in the fuse box or maybe find some better rivets. It's a good thing this harness had a 20% discount, or it would already be back on their doorstep. Well, it was a 20% discount before they stuck it up my *** with the shipping.

According to OER, their harnesses are actually non-returnable. Kind of like their dark blue interior paint which wasn't even close to being dark blue, which is also non-returnable. That was another $40 into the garbage can!

Classic Industries rapes you on shipping, I will not buy from them. YearOne does to but there close to me so it doesnt hurt to much. M&H is the way to go for harnesses ,plug and pay but crazy expensive.

They may have changed suppliers, but the wiring harnesses I bought from Classic about 4 years ago were all M&H.

Yes to Mega Parts, and in the end run, will be less expensive than the 20% discount that you think that you got from Classic. It took me 3 years or so to figure this one out. I don't get anything from Year One or Classic unless I absolutely have to.
