If you are bucks down, and not a madman, it is fine to use. Muriatic acid is used on cement to clean it...just pour gently....cork up the radiator outlets....drain it and hose it off a bunch of times..............Maybe use gloves
Well looks like the vinegar trick works.I filled the radiator with vinegar let sit for 2 hours and then drianed and flushed it out with baking soda/water then i took the water hose with spray nozel hooked up and drained it again.I also replaced the thermostat with a 160F thermstat.Refilled it with coolant 50/50.Then drove it on the highway for 15mins
