i have pulled the vin and the fender tag off of my car. i was wondering if anyone can decode this for me. i would really appreciate it. the fender tag was har to read but i tried my hardest to get the numbers off of it.

FENDER TAG - N41 N42 N51 N76 N85 G97 J45 L31 M21 M26 M85 TX9 D6X9 TX9-930 091405 E68 D34 RM21 P31 142650

i tried getting these numbers as accurate as possible but i am not sure on a couple of them. i appreciate this very much

Should the VIN be RM21H8R? Not P3R. R being Windsor if I remember correctly.

N41=Dual exhaust
N42=Dual Exhaust w/chrome tips
N85=Tachometer
M26=Wheel well mouldings
M85=Bright front and rear bumper guards

D34=Torqueflite automatic trans.
TX9=Black exterior color

Road Runners were built in A=Lynch Road, G=St. Louis, and R=Windsor Canada.
These are the only codes I could find in my book. I think some of the info you gave is off. Try taking a picture of the fender tag and we can try and decode the rest for you. If it is hard to read from the front hold the tag up to a mirror with the back of the tag facing the mirror. This should reverse the numbers and give a better picture of the tag from the backside.
