Confused here, Is this a 413 or 426 wedge

My question is, Is it a 413 or 426?

Should be a pad on the left front and top of the engine in front of the valley pan rail that says what it is....

If you don't see the numbers on the pad as mentioned by Cranky, look on the driver's side of the engine block, just below the exhaust headers under #1 and #3 spark plug locations, you will see the block casting numbers When you find this, post it on here, this will tell you what motor it is and the build date.

Bird had it right 413. Med duty truck or max perf......stamping will tell you which one
1/4 inch oil pickup.
