Console lights

I am installing a console in my 4 speed 67 coronet and have purchased a light wiring harness. I am trying to figure out where that harness plugs in under the dash. My wiring diagram says it plugs into the instrument panel but I don't see where. I have replaced the dash harness with one from H&H if that helps.
I'm adding a console for my 67 Charger and the wiring came from the rear light harness to the console under the driver seat. I bought a new rear light harness and bought a used console harness and just made some repairs. My original rear light harness didn't have anything for a console. I was hoping the leads were there under the seat, but nope, I had to change the harness for the console.

That's what I found. No connection,so I jury rigged my own connection and it works.

The used harness I bought was usable, it just had one wire that was fried. I wonder if that could have been for the cigarette lighter. I can't see a light frying a wire like that. I used a thicker wire and if it is for the lighter, Im going to put a usb charger in its place and probably use a relay and a fuse.

I replaced my underdash harness and it came with the plug that connects behind the drivers kick panel but neither it nor the plug that it connects had the extra place for the console wires.
