Does anyone know a source for moulding fabrication? Having had no luck finding repro or OE pieces for convertible moulding for my 65 satellite convertible, I'm wondering if there might be a shop that can repair the set I have. One complication is about 1/3 of the driver's side piece I have is missing. So, someone would have to fabricate that part and weld it before it's re-chromed. The passenger side piece is in great shape. Anyone ever have this done or have a lead?
Thanks!

Is 63 the same?

I believe 63 Fury and Sport Fury convertible is the same, at least dimensionally.

The front section on my 63 Fury looks much different than yours. If you give me dimensions of yours I will check them against mine.

I have 63 ones.

I'll check and provide dims this evening. Cool looking Fury, by the way!
The length inside the well (along the top of the rear fender) is about 27".

The width of the trim is approximately 1-5/8".

The inside length of the little tab at the front is about 1/2".

How does that compare to yours, Colorado Dave?
Thanks!

My 63 SF ones are not like your 65's. They measure 31.5" outside to outside and they have 3 Plymouth emblems embossed on them.

Hmm. I recently saw a post from Blackheart which stated the 63 Fury and 65 satellite convertible trim has the same shape but the 63 Fury has the 3 emblems which don't do well when re-chromed. Sounded like they would work though.

I'll get m out tomorrow and see how good they are.

My measurements are as follows, taken with the trim installed:
Overall length: 30.5"
Width of narrow part: 1.75"
Front corner 'L': 5/8"
Rear corner 'L': 5" (exposed)
Mine has the 3 Plymouth inverted "Y"s embossed near the front.
Need to get a new SD card for my camera tomorrow. If you think pictures would help please let me know.

Hate to trouble you further. But I'm dying to get a look at that trim when you get a chance. Would be real helpful.
Thanks!

I have them here in front of me going to take some measurements and get back to you. Apparently I have a set of hens teeth..LOL
