OK, this is a bit of a crazy situation. I have a 1967 Plymouth Barracuda, originally came with a 273. 10 years ago, when the Gen III Hemi swap was hitting it's craze, I jumped on the bandwagon. I purchased a Control Freak tubular coil-over K-member assembly with 5.7 motor mounts. Well, life got in the way and the project sat until now. I've long since abandoned the swap idea and have instead purchased a beautiful 273 to put in the old Fish and make it more original. However, here's where it get's weird; I'd like to keep the Control Freak IFS, but the mounts I have won't work for my 273. The Control Freak owner guy told me that K-assembly motor mount location was based on the 1962-65 B Body K member. So, I basically have the K-member motor mount location of a 1962-65 B-body in my 1967 A-Body. I did find a 1962-65 B Body to 273 mount kit from Schumacher Creative Services for $189.00, but they're out of stock. I can get a set of 1962-65 B Body conversion motor mounts for 340/360, but not 273/318 off of eBay. Will these work? Shims? What's the difference between the 273/318 motor mount and the 340/360? Any input greatly appreciated.

I have a set of 273 mm's, from a '65 Belvedere, if you may need them ? PM for additional info...

Use the plates vandan offered above and buy the Moroso steel mounts, cut them and section them. It’s what I did only my 273 (swapped to 360 Maggie) turbo car. Just attach the trans and put a level on the china rail, and angle finder front to back

a set of 1962-65 B Body conversion motor mounts for 340/360,
I would go with VANDAN. But FYI I am running the 340/360 Schumacher mounts on my 63 with a 1970 318.
Only thing you have to do is shim the driverside one bolt to block. About a 1/2'' of washers or a spacer from the hardware store. Worked for me.

You need to check in to FABO and ask those guys. THere are some funky things with 67 Barracuda's that you may need to know about.
